Our 60-day promise

Try True Tannin for 60 days. If you do not feel fresher and more confident, email us and we will refund you. You can have used the bar. We would rather you be happy than keep your money.

Canceling an order

Changed your mind? Email support@truetannin.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Put your order number in the subject line.

If we have not packed it yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5 business days.

If the order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. You can still return it under the 60-day promise below.

Returns and refunds

What you can return

Any product you bought from truetannin.com, within 60 days of the day it was delivered. Opened and used bars are fine.

How to start

Email support@truetannin.com with your order number.
Tell us briefly what did not work. This is not a test. It just helps us make a better bar.
We will email you what to do next within 1 to 2 business days.

Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us. We may not need it back at all.

When you get your money

Once your refund is approved, we send it back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take another 3 to 10 business days to show it. That part is out of our hands.

What is not refunded

Requests made more than 60 days after delivery, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Products bought from another store or reseller. Please ask them for a refund.
The shipping fee you paid, unless the return is our fault.
Any customs fees or duties charged by your own country.

Return shipping

If we ask you to send an item back, we cover the cost when the return is our fault, such as a wrong or damaged item. For a change-of-mind return, you may need to cover return shipping. We will tell you clearly before you send anything.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you. You will not be asked to pay anything.

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? Just say so in your email and we will arrange it.

Subscriptions

If you are on a repeat order plan, you can pause, skip, or cancel it any time from your account page, or by emailing us. Please do it at least 48 hours before your next shipping date, or that order may already be on its way.

Canceling a subscription stops future orders. It does not automatically refund an order that already shipped, but that order is still covered by the 60-day promise.
