What shipping costs

Shipping inside the United States is a flat $4.99, no matter how much you order. The price is the same for one bar or six.

For other countries, the cost depends on where you live. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

When we pack your order

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day. During sales or holiday weeks, packing can take up to 5 business days. We will post a notice on our site if that happens.

These are estimates, not promises. Weather, holidays, and customs can slow things down.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the tracking page starts to update. That is normal.

If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first. Then email us at support@truetannin.com.

Shipping to other countries

We ship to many countries outside the United States. Two things to know:

Your country may charge customs fees, duties, or taxes when the package arrives. These are not included in what you paid us, and we cannot predict the amount. You are responsible for paying them.
If you refuse the package or do not pay the customs fee, the package may be returned or destroyed. We cannot refund shipping in that case.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you place your order. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will email you. You can have it resent, but you may need to pay shipping again.

If you spot a mistake right away, email us within 12 hours and we will try to fix it before the order is packed.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

Check around your doors, your mailbox, and with neighbors. Packages often turn up.
Wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day early.
Still missing? Email us. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Once a carrier takes the package, we no longer control it. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. But we want you taken care of, so contact us and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you. You do not need to ship the damaged item back.
