These terms are the rules for using truetannin.com and buying from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.
In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean True Tannin. "You" means you, the visitor or customer.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to make a contract where you live. You agree that the information you give us is true and correct.
Our products
We sell cosmetic bar soap and related body care items.
Important: our products are cosmetics, not medicine. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, or any health concern, talk to a doctor before using our products.
Always read the ingredient list before you use a product. Stop using it if your skin becomes red, itchy, or irritated. Keep it out of your eyes and out of reach of children.
Results are different for every person. We cannot promise a specific result for you.
Prices and product information
All prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. We try hard to describe products and show photos correctly, but we cannot promise that every detail on the site is perfect or up to date. Screen colors can also make a product look slightly different.
If a product or price is listed in error, we may cancel the order, even after you were charged. If that happens, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel any order. Reasons include a product being sold out, a pricing mistake, a suspected fraudulent payment, or an order that looks like it is for resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
We may limit how many of one item you can buy.
Payment
You must use a payment method you are allowed to use. By ordering, you confirm that. Payment is taken when you place the order.
If your payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and stop the shipment.

Subscriptions
If you sign up for a repeat order, you agree that we may charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Please do it at least 48 hours before your next shipping date.
Discount codes
Discount codes are for personal use only. Unless we say otherwise, one code per order, and codes cannot be combined. They have no cash value. We may cancel a code at any time, and we may cancel orders that used a code in a way it was not meant for.
Our content
Everything on this site, including text, photos, logos, and the True Tannin name, belongs to us or the people who licensed it to us. You may not copy, resell, or use it for your own business without our written permission.
Reviews and anything you post
If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you keep owning it, but you give us permission to use it in our marketing and on our site without paying you.
Do not post anything false, offensive, illegal, or that belongs to someone else. We may remove anything at any time.
Things you may not do
- Use the site for anything illegal.
- Try to break into, damage, or overload the site.
- Copy the site with bots or scrapers.
- Pretend to be someone else.
We may block anyone who does these things.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them.

We work to keep the site running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or free of viruses. You use it at your own risk.
Limits on what we owe you
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income or lost time, that come from using our site or products. Where we are responsible, the most we will owe you is the amount you paid for the order the claim is about.
