Before you write about an order

Have your order number handy. It is in your confirmation email and it starts with #. With that number we can find your order straight away instead of asking you for it.

What we can help with

  • Where is my order? We will pull up the tracking and tell you what we see.
  • I want a refund. You have 60 days. Just ask, and tell us briefly what did not work.
  • Change or cancel an order. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try. After that it may already be packed.
  • It arrived damaged. Send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.
  • Will this work for me? Ask away. We would rather answer honestly than sell you a bar you do not need.
